Our History
Lahontan Paramedical has been serving the Yerington and Lyon County for the past 25 years. Founded by Pamela Hunewill, Lahontan Paramedical has now became a family owned and operated business. We strive to provide a service to our local community and surrounding area.
Our Team
Our team of collectors, lab assistants and phlebotomists bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our work. With a focus on public service, we work together to make sure every visit is done in a friendly professional and efficient manner.
Our Doctor
Our Medical Director Doctor Matt Nightingale oversees our Exempt Lab Operations. He conducts our Department of Transportation physicals and sports physicals.

Our Mission
At Lahontan Paramedical, our mission is to provide Non-Dot and Dot Drug and Alcohol Testing. We can also accommodate your CDL physical needs by appointment. We are a CLIA certified Exempt Lab and can provide all of your blood draw and testing needs. We work with a number of major labs such as: Quest, Labcorp, Medtox, CRL, Omega, Alere, Abbott and Escreen. Lahontan Paramedical is a Samsha certified lab and a member of NDASA.
